Product Characteristics:
1. 616 is a ternary copolymer that exhibits excellent compatibility with ABS, PC, PS, and PVC. It disperses uniformly without migration or blooming, offers superior processability and surface smoothness, making it the optimal toughening agent for these materials.
2. Tasteless and non-toxic, it complies with all environmental protection standards; numerous countries have approved its use in plastic products that come into contact with food. Non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive, it is classified as a non-hazardous substance, ensuring safe and harmless application, as well as secure handling and operation.
Main application ：
616 is specifically designed to enhance the toughness of opaque ABS, PC, PS, and PVC products. It offers the highest level of toughness, making it ideal for applications requiring exceptional toughness but not high transparency, particularly addressing the ultra-high toughness challenges in these materials. Notably, it exhibits superior toughness while demanding minimal addition amounts.
Dosage and Administration:
ABS, PC, PS, and PVC products: The addition percentage ranges from 3% to 8% (based on resin content). Higher plasticizer concentrations in the formulation result in lower 616 usage amounts; conversely, thicker product profiles require greater 616 usage. Prior to application, pilot testing should be conducted to determine the optimal formulation. These dosage values are for reference only. Users should adjust these reference amounts according to their specific product formulations, applications, and performance requirements to achieve optimal performance.
Special remarks ：
1. Due to its unsaturated structure, 616 exhibits poor weather resistance as it is susceptible to aging under oxygen and ultraviolet radiation; therefore, its suitability for outdoor applications requiring long-term use must be verified.
2. During use, avoid contact with liquid substances as much as possible to prevent swelling of 616 due to liquid absorption, which may result in surface roughness. The recommended procedure is: first mix the PVC powder with all liquid raw materials; once the liquid components have been absorbed by the PVC, then combine it with 616.

Storage and Transportation: Stable under normal conditions; store in a dry, cool place. However, once the packaging is opened, it must be sealed promptly or used as soon as possible. Transport and store as non-hazardous material.
