During feeding, first cut the packaging tape with scissors, then discard the outer PE bag (as PE film is incompatible with PVC). Finally, add the inner EVA bag along with its encapsulated liquid rubber to a high-speed mixer (where the EVA has reached 70°C melt temperature) and mix thoroughly; this mixture should not be fed into a internal mixer. Essentially, it can be handled like conventional plasticizers.
