I.Characteristics:
1.It exhibits excellent compatibility with PVC and can be mixed in any proportion with it.
2.It offers a wide range of softness values from 30P to 180P (based on oil content; customization is available).
3.Characterized by transparency, high elasticity, and high toughness.
4.Non-toxic, odorless, and eco-friendly, it complies with multiple environmental standards including ROHS 2.0, REACH 256, EN 71-3:2024 (with limits on 19 heavy metals), 2005/84/EC (phosphorus-free), 2002/61/EC (free of azo compounds), and AfPS-GS (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons).
II.Main application :
1. Primary material. Used exclusively for manufacturing various products requiring ultra-soft or high elasticity, including toys, medical supplies, sports equipment, automotive interiors, films, synthetic leather, wires, plugs, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, strips, sheets, coated surfaces, and seals. Particularly serves as a substitute for PVC in forming surface layers of ultra-soft synthetic leather, with a softness range of 140P–180P without leaching.
2. As a high-elasticity agent for PVC: When added to PVC, it is widely used in the production of various products requiring elasticity or excellent tactile properties, including toys, medical supplies, sports equipment, automotive interiors, films, synthetic leather, wires, plugs, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, strips, sheets, coated materials, and seals.
3. As a toughening agent for PVC: The addition of TPE1132 significantly increases the amount of calcium carbonate required without compromising the product's brittleness resistance.
III.See usage instructions:
1.As the primary material, TPE1132 alone can replace the original PVC formulation without adding PVC, heat stabilizers, or plasticizers. Depending on product requirements, a certain amount of calcium carbonate and pigments may be added, or a portion of PVC base material may be incorporated; the resulting product exhibits excellent elasticity and texture. For this application, TPE1132 can be directly fed into the internal mixer.
2.For high-elasticity formulations, add 20–30 kg of TPE1132 per 100 kg of PVC resin while correspondingly reducing the amount of plasticizer used. The resulting product combines excellent elasticity and a pleasant texture while maintaining consistent softness. For this application, it is recommended to feed the mixture into a high-speed mixer; alternatively, a internal mixer may be used. When preparing high-elasticity formulations, it can be blended with PVC in any desired ratio.
3.As a toughening agent, add 6–12 kg of TPE1132 per 100 kg of PVC resin. Mix TPE1132 with the PVC resin and other ingredients in a mixer until uniform before processing; alternatively, it can be fed directly into an internal mixer. This additive proves particularly effective for formulations with high calcium carbonate content, significantly enhancing product toughness. Due to its plasticizing properties, it allows reducing plasticizer usage by 6–12 kg, resulting in minimal additional costs in practical applications.
